In 2001 the company sets up R&D center, The center has thirty six professional R&D persons,in which with eight senior engineers ,twenty-one engineers ,and three foreign experts included. Runda R&D center was indentified as Shandong Provincial technology center in 2008 ,and in 2009 it was indentified as Shandong provincial phenolic resin R&D center . And it is the first provincial level engineering and technological research centre. Runda R&D has a standard laboratory with 1800 square meters , enlarge and middle testing workshop with 1600 square meters ,and equipped with 30 sets advanced test instruments.

Runda has established good relationship with Chinese Academy of Forestry, and also Sichuan University, Shanxi Normal University. And also has employed Japanese and Korea expert as technical consultant, which provide forcefull technical support for Runda’s   Development.
